Refreshing a COME APK page does not create a new release
A refreshed web page can show the same software release. Compare version details instead of treating a recent page check as an update.
Read the changed field
A date might identify when a page was reviewed, when a browser downloaded a file or when software was released. Look for the label attached to it. The newest visible date is not automatically a release date.
Compare the actual offer
Check whether the version or other file details changed. If the information is identical, another download may simply produce a duplicate. Keep the current installed version noted so you can compare the device with the offered file.
Handle stale-looking information
Refresh the known page once and check its current content. If sources disagree, record the values and their locations instead of choosing whichever looks newer. Do not clear app data merely to refresh a website.
A useful next step
Use a specific version comparison to decide whether there is an update worth considering.
